Blending a world of Bohemian Luxe with Casual Chic, Peacock and Pearl design garments that
are easy wearing and original with a range that expresses it’s own essence, portraying grace,
style and elegance.
The creative sister duo, Noël and Zoe Coughlan, embarked on their journey in 2009
when they boarded a plane to Indonesia to fulfill their passion in design.
Since then the girls have created a name for themselves through trading at Summer
markets in Melbourne and around the Surf Coast. Peacock and Pearl have since
gained a loyal following and are now stocked in stores around Australia.
Peacock and Pearl’s Collection’s are hand-crafted, textiles are carefully hand-
dyed and fabrics are printed using the traditional method of screen printing,
thus giving the label an exclusivity, uniqueness and refined crafted quality.
Each Summer Collection consists of an on-trend colour palette, including
an eclectic range of colourful and intricate prints.
Growing up with a backyard surrounded by sand dunes and ocean, influenced their nature to design pieces that are not based on current
trends but rather for their pure desire to produce garments that embrace a women’s individual spirit.
From concept to production, the girls spend their time between Australia, France and Indonesia, where they’re influenced and inspired
by Authentic artworks, Flea markets and those exquisite pieces that are found in their travels which really capture their imagination.
